Tap Water
Old lead pipes leach toxins into tap water, harming brain & body Health

Tap Water is a cesspool of chemicals, antibiotics, hormones and medications that unfortunately our water treatment systems don’t get rid of.  There could be as much as 35,000 other chemicals found in Tap Water. When countries have loadshedding, the water treatment systems do not run at their optimum level anymore.

Your tap water can contain contaminants such as toxic chemicals, pharmaceuticals and heavy metals – some linked to cancer, hormone disruption & brain damage.

The harmful stuff in our tap water:

Chlorine and Chloramine

Disinfection by-products formed by chlorine and chloramine may have adverse effects on health, such as respiratory irritation and an increased risk of certain cancers over prolonged exposure.

Older properties have lead plumbing pipes that can contaminate the tap water and could affect your nervous system if you keep drinking it.

Run off from fertilisers, septic systems, animal feedlots and food processing waste can enter tap water and could result in decreasing blood pressure, increase your heart rate, and stomach cramps. This could also interfere with the bloods ability to carry oxygen.

Bacteria, viruses, and parasites in water can lead to waterborne diseases, causing symptoms like diarrhoea, stomach cramps, and nausea. In severe cases, these infections can have long-term health consequences, especially for individuals with weakened immune systems

There are zero levels of safe fluoride in human beings, it is a neurotoxin, the higher levels of fluoride, the lower the IQ. Fluoride is also known as an “extreme electron scavenger” with an “insatiable appetite for calcium”. A study in Harvard showed that countries that do not fluoridate their water have seen a drop in tooth cavities. There have also been studies to show that fluoride in the water can cause thyroid issues.

Micro structured, which energizes the water and micro-clusters able to penetrate living cells.

The presence of antibiotics in water sources may contribute to the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Over time, exposure to low levels of antibiotics in water could contribute to the proliferation of antibiotic-resistant strains, making bacterial infections more difficult to treat.

The Fluoride found in our tap water can calcify the pineal gland.

"The pineal gland, known as the 'seat of the soul,' regulates sleep, intuition, and spiritual connection by producing melatonin and responding to light. When calcified by fluoride, toxins, or poor diet, its function diminishes, blocking inner clarity, creativity, and connection to higher consciousness."

Here's what you can do:

  • We encourage you to do your own research, Try DuckDuckGo
  • Invest in a high-quality water filter that can remove contaminants such as pharmaceuticals, heavy metals, and chlorine. Look for filters that use activated carbon or reverse osmosis for the best results.
  • Stay informed about the quality of your local water supply by reviewing the annual water quality report provided by your water utility. This report can highlight any contaminants present and help you make informed decisions about water use. South African Blue Drop Report
  • Dispose of unused medications responsibly. Many communities have drug take-back programs or designated disposal sites to prevent pharmaceuticals from entering the water supply. Safe Disposal of Medication in South Africa
  • Boiling tap water in your kettle is not adequate to get rid of all bacteria. The chemicals in the water may also be ignited with extreme heat that can transform more harmful compounds and increase health risks.
  • Cooking with tap Water can be detrimental to your health, as Tap Water contains chemicals that can’t be ‘boiled’ out. If you purchase organic food, and cook with tap water, these chemicals can be absorbed by the food and could affect its nutritional value and safety, potentially leading to adverse health effects over time.
  • If tap Water is not good for you then you should consider not giving children and pets tap Water either.
